Terms of Use

Using Bariva ("the Service") means you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

The Service generates a personalized supplement plan from the data you provide, plus daily tracking tools and an AI-based coach. Recommendations are produced automatically from matching rules and a research library — they are not individually reviewed by a doctor.

2. Important limitations

• AI-generated content can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date.
• The supplement-drug interaction database is informational and not exhaustive — verifying suitability with a pharmacist or doctor is your responsibility.
• Scan-based value extraction can make mistakes — verify every value against the original document before saving.
• If you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking prescription medication, or managing a medical condition — do not act on recommendations without medical supervision.

3. Eligibility and account

The Service is for adults 18+. Sign-in is via a link to your email — keep your mailbox secure; actions taken through it are treated as yours. Provide accurate information — personalization is only as good as the data entered.

4. Payment

The Service is currently free, including "premium" features during the launch period. Some features may become paid in the future — any such change will be announced in the app in advance and will not apply retroactively.

5. Affiliate links

Purchase links (iHerb and Amazon) carry an affiliate code and we may earn a commission. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Purchases are made with the third party under its terms — we are not a party to the transaction and are not responsible for products, prices, or shipping.

6. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the Service: circumventing usage limits (including coach message quotas), running bots or scraping, attempting to access other users' data, or commercial use of the content without permission. We may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, code, databases, and the "Cappy" character belong to the Service operator. The data you enter remains yours; you grant us a license to process it solely to operate the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided AS IS, with no warranty of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any damage — direct or indirect — arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service. Nothing here derogates from rights that cannot be waived by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) with reasonable notice where possible.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law
